Store collection

Click and Collect - Deliver to a store FREE

When paying for your order online, there is a choice to have your order delivered by DPD couriers (ROI/NI) or by standard post (all other countries).  Alternatively, you can select to have the order delivered to a selected Dunnes Stores in ROI/NI/Spain.

The Click and Collect store delivery service is free of charge. 

Which stores have a Click & Collect service?

The following stores participate in the online Click & Collect service.

Is Click & Collect store delivery service free?

If you choose to have your order delivered via our Click & Collect store delivery service it is free of charge, just select your preferred collection store when placing your order.  

Once the order is delivered to your selected store your will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email to the address provided when ordering.

When can I collect my order?

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Your online order can be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you order before 4pm, your items will arrive within 1-3 working days after the order is placed.

Spain

Your online order can be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores in Spain free of charge.  Your order will normally arrive in store within 7 working days of order placement.

Where in store do I collect my order?

Please go to the store Customer Service desk to collect your online order.

You will need to present a printed or digital (phone/tablet) version of the Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email.

In addition, you will be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.

If you misplace or delete these emails, you can locate or print off the order details from the Order History section in your online account.  We recommend that you open your parcel instore at the time of collection, to check that you are happy with your purchases.

What to bring when collecting an order in-store?

You will need to present a printed or digital (phone/tablet) version of the 'Order Confirmation' or 'Ready for Collection' email.

How long will the store hold my order for?

Your selected collection store will hold your Click and Collect order in store for 7 calendar days from the date that the 'Ready for Collection' email is sent to the email address provided to us when you placed the order.

How can I return my Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect store collection orders can be returned to a store for refund or exchange or by post to the Online Returns Centre (refund only - this is only available if the order was paid for in store). You have 28 days to receive a refund or exchange from the date the 'Ready for Collection' email was sent.

Can I place an order in a store?

Online orders can be be placed in store for delivery to a home address or to a selected Dunnes Stores within the order country only.  A delivery charge of €3.95 for the Republic of Ireland and £3.95 for the UK and Northern Ireland will apply even if the €50/£40 spend threshold is met.
