    • Care
    • We recommend that this product should only be installed by persons competent in DIY
    • When hanging the mirror on a brick wall use a two inch (minimum) steel screw and a suitable wall plug. For cavity walls such as plaster board, cavity bolts must be used. If in doubt, consult someone who is competent in DIY.
    • This mirror should be fitted with either strap hangers or keyhole type fittings, screws must be used to hang the mirror
    • When drilling the holes in the required position we recommend they are drilled at a slight downwards sloping angle (45 degree). Once secure leave approximately 5mm of the screw showing and hang the strap hanger directly onto the screw head
    • Under no circumstances should mirrors be hung using a cord, wire or chain
    • Keyhole- use correct size screws to ensure the head of screw is securely within the keyhole slot
    • Cleaning: mirror frame should be wiped with a duster- never clean with anything abrasive. The glass should be cleaned with a damp cloth or leather. Do not use washing powders or abrasives as this will damage the glass
    • Warnings: ensure that the fixings used to hang this product are strong enough to support its weight and are securely fixed to the wall
    • Never hang mirror onto a damp wall or in damp conditions as the backboard will distort possibly resulting in damage to the mirror
    • Do not subject the mirror to extreme temperatures or place hot or cold items on or in close proximity to glass surface
    • Do not strike the glass with a hard or pointed item
    • If the glass is chipped or broken, replace with glass of the type described. Consult the manufacturer or retailer with regard to obtaining specification for the replacement glass
