Track my order

How can I track my order?


Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland deliveries 

Orders for delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered next day by DPD.  (order before 10pm Sunday to Thursday to receive next day delivery)

Please note certain large items of furniture are delivered by DHL Supply Chain*

Order tracking links are included in the 'Dunnes Stores  - Your Order is on its Way' email. 

On the day of delivery, DPD an email and text message advising the estimated delivery time and if required the opportunity to reschedule the delivery or change the delivery address.

Alternatively follow the below instructions to track your order delivery with DPD. 

  • Go to the DPD website 
  • In the 'Tracking' box enter the DPD consignment number 
  • Click the Search button and the details of your online order delivery will  be displayed

*DHL Supply Chain Delivery of Large Furniture items

Please contact us if you need assistance regarding the delivery of a large item of furniture which is being delivered by DHL Supply Chain.

UK Deliveries

Orders for delivery to UK address (excluding Northern Ireland) are sent via UK Royal Mail and normally take 2 to 3 days following order to be delivered.  

The UK Royal Mail tracking links are included in the 'Dunnes Stores  - Your Order is on its Way' email.  

Alternatively, if you have your tracking number go directly to the UK Royal Mail website to track your order delivery. 

All other postal destinations

Order tracking links and parcel consignment details are included in your 'Dunnes Stores  - Your Order is on its Way' email

International orders are sent from Ireland via An Post and delivered by the national postal carrier in each country.
