Delivery information

When will I receive my order?

Republic of Ireland

There are 2 options for delivery to the Republic of Ireland:

Republic of Ireland  - Next Day Delivery - Post

Postal delivery is FREE on all orders over €50, otherwise it costs €3.95 per order.
(excludes furniture – click here  to see furniture delivery information).

Orders placed before 10pm, Sunday – Friday, will arrive the following day*
(*delivery timelines exclude peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather). 

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are made via Nightline Couriers. Parcel tracking links and consignment details are sent in your 'Order is on it's way' email.

Republic of Ireland - Free Store Delivery - Click & Collect

Your online order can be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores - free of charge. 

If you order before 4pm (weekdays), your items will arrive with the next scheduled stock delivery for that store, which is often the next working day*. (*delivery timelines exclude peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather) 

Click & Collect orders placed on a Friday or during the weekend will arrive in store the following Tuesday at the earliest.

Northern Ireland

There are 2 options for delivery to Northern Ireland:

Northern Ireland - Next Day Delivery  - Post

Orders placed before 10pm, Sunday – Friday*, will arrive the following day.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £40, otherwise the charge is £3.95 per order.

Northern Ireland - Free Store Delivery - Click & Collect

Your online order can be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores free of charge. If you order before 4pm, your order will arrive with next scheduled stock delivery for that store, which is often the following working day*.  

Click & Collect orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will arrive in store the following Tuesday at the earliest*.

UK

There are 2 delivery options to the UK: 

UK- Delivery by Post


Delivery is FREE on all orders over £40, otherwise it costs £3.95 per order.

Orders placed before 3 p.m, Sun–Fri, will arrive within 2 working days following the order date*

Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery to the Islands and to Scottish Highlands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Oban, Arran)

Deliveries to the UK are made via Nightline Couriers  and UK Mail.  Parcel tracking links and consignment details are sent in your 'Order is on it's Way' email.

UK - Free Store Delivery - Click & Collect 

Your online order can be delivered to your selected UK Dunnes Stores free of charge. Your order will normally arrive in store within 3 - 5 working days depending on the day of the week it is ordered*.

Spain

Spain  - Delivery by Post

Your order will arrive within 4-7 working days after purchase*.
(*delivery timelines exclude peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather) 
  
Delivery is FREE on all orders over €100, otherwise it costs €4.95 per order.

Parcels are sent from Ireland via An Post (anpost.ie/tracking) and then delivered by the national postal carrier in each country which is Correos in Spain . 

Other EU Countries & International Destinations

We deliver to most international destinations. International delivery is FREE on all orders over €100, and otherwise costs between €12.50 and €18.95 per order. 

Most European orders will arrive within 3 - 6 working days* with other international destinations taking from 7-10 working days*. 
Cost and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Non EU deliveries customs charges

For orders being delivered to non EU countries, customers are responsible for any import and customs charges. Any additional charges are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. The costs of these charges vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.  

Is there a delivery charge for each item in my order?

Delivery is FREE* when an order is over the following qualifying thresholds (excludes furniture*)

€50 for orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland
£40 for orders delivered to the UK and Northern Ireland
€100 for orders delivered to other destinations. 

If your order value is less than the free delivery qualifying threshold, just one delivery charge is payable per order.

If you place an online order instore the €3.95/£3.95 delivery charge will always apply.

* Furniture is delivered separately (ROI only) and charged at a different rate. Click here  to find out more information regarding furniture delivery.  

If I order more than one item will they arrive together?

Your order won’t be dispatched until it contains all the items you purchased. This does not include furniture which is dispatched separately. However, if there are a large number of items in your order, it may be necessary to send multiple parcels. 

How can I track my order?

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered by Nightline Couriers  who will send a tracking link to you via text on the day of delivery.  The link will take you to their website where you can monitor the progress of your order delivery.

UK

Deliveries to the UK are made via Nightline Couriers and UK Mail .  Parcel tracking links and consignment details are sent in your 'Order is on it's Way' email.

All other destinations

International parcels are sent from Ireland via An Post  (track.anpost.ie) and then delivered by the national postal carrier in each country.  Please contact us  if you need assistance tracking your order.

Can my order be delivered to a different address than in my account?

Yes. Your account  offers you the option to save multiple addresses or you can enter a new address during the checkout process.

Does the address my order is being delivered to need to be the same as my billing address?

Orders can be sent to a delivery address in any of the list of countries that we deliver to. However you will need to provide the correct payment card billing address during the checkout process.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we deliver to work addresses as long as somebody is available to accept the order.

Do you deliver to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders to P.O. boxes in the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  For other delivery countries, the national postal company is used so delivery to a P.O, box may be used, but we recommend you check with the national postal company before ordering. 

Can I have my order sent to a store?

Yes you can collect your order from your selected store in Ireland and the UK (unless the order contains furniture). See Click & Collect Store Collection info for more information or visit our Furniture Delivery FAQ.

I’ve accidentally chosen store collection instead of home delivery. Can I change this?

We aim to process orders as soon as possible so unfortunately we are unable to change an order from store collection to home delivery and vice versa. 

If you have made an error with the delivery address or delivery country please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Can I change the delivery address or country after I have received my order confirmation?

We aim to process orders as soon as possible so unfortunately we are unable to change an order from store collection to postal delivery and vice versa. If you have made an error with the delivery address or delivery country please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

My order has not arrived within the estimated time. What do I do?

We recommend that you check the order status in your online account. If you used guest checkout and need assistance please contact the Customer Service team.
 
If the item has been dispatched then please check that you have not received a missed delivery note. If you still don’t have your order, please contact the Customer Service team and we will be happy to help.

My item was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact the Customer Service team and we will help you to resolve this situation. Click to see more info on Returns and Exchanges.

What happens if there is nobody at home to receive my order?

If you are not at home to accept your order, a note will be left advising you where the parcel is or the driver will contact you to arrange for it to be left in a safe location or with a neighbour.  For international orders some national postal companies will return the order to a parcel collection depot and you will need to contact them regarding redelivery. 

An item is missing from my order. What do I do?

Orders are not dispatched until they are completely fulfilled. Please check your order details in your confirmation email or your online account to see that you placed all the items you wished to buy in your shopping bag. If you used guest checkout and need assistance please contact the Customer Service team and we will be happy to help. 

In the event that we are not able to fulfil all or part of your order, an email is sent advising this.  You will not be charged for any item we are unable to send to you. Please contact our Customer Service team if you need any assistance.
